Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends).
Next-Day Shipping is available for new releases and restocks marked with "NEXT DAY" shipping in their description or social media caption.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are custom-made and require 3-5 weeks to process before shipping.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS/UPS.
International orders may take longer and are best shipped with DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.

Order Delays
We currently have some orders stuck in customs due for manufactures sending wrong invoices. We are working day and night to get them shipped out to our customers soon as they are released from customs
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for import fees or duties.
