Shipping & Processing Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your item has shipped, please allow 3–4 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare and handle each order.
Please note: Estimated processing and shipping timelines are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, lost or damaged shipments in transit, customs holds, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen events. In the event that a delay occurs as a result of such circumstances, we will communicate updates as promptly as possible and work toward resolution. Chargebacks filed before we have had the opportunity to resolve an issue will be disputed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been handed off for shipment. If a carrier-related issue arises, we will work diligently on your behalf to recover shipments or coordinate a resolution, which may require additional time.
High-Volume Sale Orders: Due to high order volume, please allow additional processing time if your order was placed during a Holiday Sale, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday promotion.
