Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).
  • Next-Day Shipping is available for new releases and restocks marked with "NEXT DAY" shipping in their description or social media caption.

Delayed Goods

  • All FFN Fall Sets are currently on hold with U.S Customs due to a paperwork issue involving the declared value. Rest assured any pending orders will be shipped as soon as the hold is lifted. We're doing everything we can to expedite the process and get the paperwork resolved. If you'd prefer not to wait, feel free to reach out to us on Instagram at @farfrmnormal.us and we'll gladly issue a refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-ordered items are custom-made and require 1-3 weeks to process before shipping.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS/UPS.
  • International orders may take longer and are best shipped with DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
  • For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
    • USPS/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.
    • DHL (for international orders): Handles claims, reimbursements, and locating packages.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for import fees or duties.
