Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items are custom-made and require 1-3 weeks to process before shipping.
Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS/UPS.
- International orders may take longer and are best shipped with DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
- We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
- For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
- USPS/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.
- DHL (for international orders): Handles claims, reimbursements, and locating packages.
Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for import fees or duties.
